Amy Webster and Dawn Cramer are the owners and managers of iTrip Vacations Austin. Together they work to provide owners and guests a positive experience through personalized vacation property management services in Austin, Marble Falls and Lake Travis.

Amy moved to Austin from northern California in 1991 and has lived here for more than 25 years. She loves the area and continues to be amazed by all there is to do in Austin and the surrounding areas. Amy has 25 years of account and customer service management experience, and is truly passionate about the client-experience.

Dawn Cramer has over 30 years of experience in the semi-conductor industry, and her career has taken her around the world many times. She has extensive experience maintaining vendor relationships and has managed many service organizations. After stops in Arizona, California and Washington, she returned home to Austin in 2007.

They have a daughter, along with five dogs and two cats. Needless to say, they share a love for animals. In addition to spending time with extended family, they also enjoy traveling, checking out live music, attending festivals in Austin, discovering new restaurants and making their own wine.

We live in our home for six months and give it over to iTrip to manage the remaining six.   • "I have been working with Amy and Dawn at iTrip for over 3 years and I can't imagine using another property management company. They are THE BEST!!! In fact, I have gotten calls from several competitors and I've told them I have absolutely no reason to consider switching. I own 3 vacation rentals on Lake Travis that are managed by iTrip. My next door neighbor also has vacation rentals on my street and used Vacasa for a year, and was very disappointed overall. She only made a fraction of the income I did the same year working with iTrip. We are typically slammed from Memorial Day to Labor Day (often with only a day between rentals), and iTrip is completely on top of things. I am constantly AMAZED at the level of service and professionalism. There are so many details involved with vacation rentals, and communication is key. Amy, Dawn, Heather, Kasey and the rest of the team are extremely dedicated and are simply GREAT at what they do.   • "I have been using Amy and her team for a year now and I am very happy. We previously had a STR we got just before Covid hit. I used airB&B and went it alone but between the guests that were complaining about anything and everything and trying to manage a cleaner on my own it was always very stressful and we had to constantly be on the phone checking with guests and managing codes etc.
    After one call out for an hours drive at 10pm at night to go check on some guests who were only complaining so they could get a refund and go to a near by property for less money last minute we decided we had had enough.
    Can’t remember how I found Amy but since then she and her team are always making sure any guests requests are answered at all hours of the day, Maintenance is taken care of and out booking increased because she can easily manage same day turnovers.
    Working with Amy is like putting your STR on autopilot and putting your feet up. If you are managing your own property it’s worth the extra costs to have Amy’s team manage it for you. With our extra bookings we are probably net positive in fact.
    100% recommend! Last note, if you ever get that one guest that damages your place (we did big time), she will work with the STR letting companies to get your money back from their insurance (personal experience following the pain she went through, you don’t want to do that yourself). Thank god I found her!!"
