Amy Webster and Dawn Cramer are the owners and managers of iTrip Vacations Austin. Together they work to provide owners and guests a positive experience through personalized vacation property management services in Austin, Marble Falls and Lake Travis.
Amy moved to Austin from northern California in 1991 and has lived here for more than 25 years. She loves the area and continues to be amazed by all there is to do in Austin and the surrounding areas. Amy has 25 years of account and customer service management experience, and is truly passionate about the client-experience.
Dawn Cramer has over 30 years of experience in the semi-conductor industry, and her career has taken her around the world many times. She has extensive experience maintaining vendor relationships and has managed many service organizations. After stops in Arizona, California and Washington, she returned home to Austin in 2007.
They have a daughter, along with five dogs and two cats. Needless to say, they share a love for animals. In addition to spending time with extended family, they also enjoy traveling, checking out live music, attending festivals in Austin, discovering new restaurants and making their own wine.
